-Production of 56.6 mcm/d of Rich Gas
-Production of 75,000 barrels/day of Gas Condensate
-Production of 1.05 million tons/year of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) (propane and butane)
-Production of 1 million tons/year of ethane to feed petrochemical plants
-Production of 400 tons/day of Sulfur
-Four offshore platforms for a total of 44 wells 105 km off the coast of Kangan
-Two 32-inch offshore gas pipelines with an approximate length of 105 km each
-Two 4-inch offshore pipelines to transport the glycol solution with an approximate length of 105 km each
-Gas and condensate receiving and separation units, gas condensate stabilization
-Four gas treatment trains including sweetening, desalination, dew point regulation and demercaptanization units each with a refining capacity of 500 million cubic feet per day
-Gas compression and intensification unit for export
-Sulfur recovery and recycling units with a sulfur separation and granulation unit and a Recycling Monoethylene Glycol (MEG) unit
-Ancillary units including steam, electricity distribution, seawater and miscellaneous services such as nitrogen, compressed air, etc.
-Industrial water and wastewater treatment system and flare stack systems for emergency evacuation
-Refinery gas and diesel fuel system
-Firewater system (a tank, pumps and the network), control rooms, power posts, laboratory, warehouse, workshop, offices, etc.
-Four tanks for storage and export of gas condensate
-LPG storage tanks
Development of Phase 14 project has been awarded to a consortium consisting of The Industrial Development & Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO), Industrial Projects Management Company of Iran, Iranian Offshore Engineering and Construction Company, National Iranian Drilling Company, Iran Shipbuilding & Offshore Industries Complex Co., The Iran Power Plants Management Company (MAPNA), Payandan Company and Machine Sazi Arak, led by IDRO.
The construction of the phase began on June 15, 2010.
